This article is entitled the role of artificial intelligence, intellectual property rights, and technology in economic development. The problems discussed in this article are how the legal regulations regarding artificial intelligence, intellectual property rights and technology in national legislation and how the role of artificial intelligence, intellectual property rights, and technology in economic development. The research method used in this study is the normative legal research method. The purpose of this study is to determine the role of artificial intelligence, intellectual property rights, and technology in economic development while the benefits obtained from this study are expected to enable readers to know and understand the role of artificial intelligence, intellectual property rights, and technology in economic development. From this study it can be concluded that first, legal regulations regarding artificial intelligence do not yet exist in Indonesia while legal regulations regarding intellectual property rights and technology are already regulated in separate laws. Second, in general, both Artificial Intelligence, Intellectual Property Rights, and technology simultaneously play a key role in the growth and development of the country's economy.
